It is DAY 7 the 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge. No themes, no rules, just paint. When I talk to people about color, I hear over and over again that blue gives them a sense of calm, that yellow makes them happy. To each his own. To me, blue is such an ordinary color that it only shines when given assistance by yellow or green. But red… Red screams warmth to me. It is my color of choice. Any other color in addition is just a bonus. Live out loud.
